CryptoBladers, on March 30th, our CEO Philip Devine interviewed SpinTop’s Head of Marketing, Yalin Buyukdora. Buyukdora joined SpinTop a little over a month ago. He studied marketing psychology in the United States (Chicago, Illinois) and dreamed of working in crypto. What is SpinTop?
SpinTop envisions creating a single platform that unites the blockchain gaming world. Their aim is to create an environment where users can discover games, trade tokens, and share NFTs to take crypto gaming to the next level. Spintop offers five main features: Gamepedia, Spindex, SpinStarter, Guild Maker, and NFT marketplace. So whether you’re an investor, developer, or gamer, anyone and everyone can enjoy SpinTop’s features and tools to enjoy gaming.
What Problems Does SpinTop Solve?
“One problem encountered in the gaming world is too much promise and too little execution. CryptoBlades delivers, and that is one of the few success stories so far. We realized this issue and asked, why don’t we create a platform to help solve this? That was the starting point,” Buyukdora answers. Keeping that in mind, SpinTop was developed based on this problem and came up with its core features.
Gamepedia is a community-driven blockchain gaming sphere where users can learn about games by reading expert gaming guides. Currently, 175 games are in their Gamepedia built similar to Steam. There is a ton of information, graphics, token details, and other review-like content.
The financial portion of Spintop is the Spindex. This is where gaming tokens are put together to create liquidity. In addition, it is a way to provide value to both partner tokens and the SPIN token by helping users compound their gains through staking and great APYs.

Guildmaker is designed to aid the average investor/player join play-to-earn gaming by “breaking the high entry barriers in the p2e space with technology that allows NFT renting. Guildmaker will create a dynamic relationship between NFT and player scores to help players get in and earn,” Buyukdora adds. Users will be able to go to Guildmaker and join the guild that is right for them. The best part is that after earning from gaming, players can go to the spindex and stake to increase their portfolio.
Is SpinTop Planning to Launch on Multiple Chains?
SpinTop is planning to work on multiple chains. They have just concluded talks with Polygon. Other chains are in the conversation, such as avalanche.
