No-Holds-Barred, CryptoBlades PvP is Live!
CryptoBladers, today we launch our completed Player versus Player (PvP) game mode! PvP is a feature where players will wager SKILL tokens against other CryptoBladers to battle in an arena that is based on character level. After selecting your gear and entering, you will be randomly paired up against an opponent ready to fight. While in the arena, others will be able to battle you even while you’re attacking! After winning your attack or successfully defending, you will earn SKILL token rewards and rank points! In addition, the top 3 players who achieve the highest rank points in the weekly season will be awarded a portion of the overall pool! To celebrate this launch, the three most populated pools, levels 31–40, 41–50, and 51–60 have had 10 SKILL added to each winner’s pool!
Regarding the full feature launch, “We’ve been actively optimizing the contracts, reducing gas costs, implementing more interaction, and balancing the formulas to achieve a real PVP feel where everyone can participate. Playings using a 3-star sword and 2-star shield have a much higher probability of beating someone with a 5-star sword and 4-star shield than before. If you can defeat someone of a higher power, you will be rewarded a ton of ranked points versus if you beat someone of lower power. This gives everyone a chance to make it to the top of the leaderboard and claim the HUGE end-of-season reward,” states the CryptoBlades lead PvP developer.
CrytpoBlades PvP is an innovative system that works entirely on-chain. This is something new in blockchain, but we have been successful and are just getting started. CryptoBlades is one of the only Dapps where people can compete in a ranked PVP system to participate for substantial rewards if players win and or place at the top of leaderboards to end the season.
